اگه پازِل دوست دارید (این نقاشی رو که نمی تونید دوس نداشته باشید) نشرِ چشمه یه دونه پازِلِ 2500 تیکه از
این نقاشیِ آقایِ کلیمت داره به قیمتِ 36 هزار تومن. من جایِ دیگه ندیدم تاحالا. چشمه هم یدونه داشت پس بشتابید.
البته همینجا بگم که اگه رفتید خریدیدِش امیدوارم یه هفته تو خواب و بیداری آبریزِشِ بینی داشته باشید. چون من پولِ خریدنش رو ندارم و فعلن هم نخواهم داشت. کوفتتون بشه.

آریاشهر سوارِ ماشین شدم که بیام خونه ماشین چند متر جلو رفت همین ماجرایی که روانپزشک ها بهش میگن حملهء پنیک؟ شروع شد. دو نفر کنارم نشستند. تیشرت پوشیده بودم. شیشه رو تا آخر پایین کشیدم. صورت ام و بدن ام خیسِ خیسِ خیس بود از عرق. بعد نتونستم. اولین ترمزی که ماشین زد پریدم بیرون رفتم اونورِ خیابون توی داروخونه گفتم سلام. صدام انگار از تهِ دو تا چاه در می اومد - حالا صدای من عادیش چیه که از ته چاهش چی بشه، کِر کِر خنده - گفتم خانوم میشه یه دونه آلپرازولام یا هر دارویِ آنتی پنیک ای که دارید به من بدید؟ گفت مسکن میتونم بهتون بدم گفتم نه آلپرازولام یا یه بنزودیازپینِ دیگه یا هرچی مثلِ اینا. گفت نمی تونم. خندیدم گفتم فقط یه دونه، دارم میمیرم نمیبینی؟ رفت اونطرف قاطیِ قفسه ها. خب چیکار کنم؟ برگشتم از پله ها اومدم پایین. باور کن داشتم می افتادم. رفتم از روزنامه فروشی یه رانیِ آلبالو خریدم گفتم شاید فشارم بیافته یکم آروم بشم یا اینکه حداقل این وسط یه حالی به خودم داده باشم؟ درِ رانی رو باز کردم انقدر قوطی رو توی دستم فشار داده بودم که یه مقدارش پاشید تو صورتم. هیچی دیگه. خوردمش. یه نیمکت پیدا کردم نشستم و یه سیگار کشیدم راه افتادم. افتان و خیزان (به جانِ خودم) اومدم خونه. دیدم سه تا کلردیازپوکساید مونده خوردم و دراز کشیدم یکم آروم شدم.

اول دوست دارم با تمامِ قدرت برینم به مغزِ قانون گذاری که اجازه میده من توی پیاده رو از سَرِ استیصال گریه کنم ولی اجازه نمیده یه دونه قرصِ فسقلی بدونِ تجویزِ پزشک بخرم

دوم راهنمایِ کنار اومدن با زجرِ حملهء پنیک :

چه موقعی دچارِ حملهء پنیک شدید؟ : هر وقت مجموعه ای از حس هایی مثلِ تهوع، گیجی، تنگیِ نَفَس، تَپِش و دَردِ قلب، احساسِ کُندی و سنگینی، احساسِ ضعف، بی قراری، اضطراب و احساس هایی از این دست رو به حدی یکجا تجربه کردی که فکر میکنی داری میمیری مطمئن باش که حملهء پنیک شروع شده. خب ینی فک میکنی اگه قرار بود بمیری اینمهمه فکر میکردی؟ نه. ترسیدن نداره. قراره تویِ نیم ساعت/چهل دقیقه/ یک ساعت به گا بری فقط. چیزی نیست تموم میشه.

چکار میشه کرد؟

* اولین چیز اینه که یه دارویِ ضدِ اضطراب به اندازه کافی بخورید. اینطور که من میدونم موثر تر از همه بنزودیازپین ها اند. ( هول نکنید. بنزودیازپین ها به مقدارِ زیاد خواب آورند و به مقدارِ زیاد تر ممکنه باعثِ ایستِ تنفسی موقعِ خوابی که همراه دارند بشند. ینی اینکه ممکنه بمیرید. پس یه دونه از هرکدوم که گیر آوردید بخورید و صبر کنید )

اگه چیزی از اینها پیدا نکردید؟

هر چند تا بیشتر که میتونید آدامس یکجا بندازید توی دهنتون و شروع کنید به جویدن، حالتون رو "خوب" نمیکنه اما میتونه کمک کنه تنفسِ منظم تری داشته باشد

قدم بزنید، هوای خُنک بخورید، بشینید یا دراز بکشید، سعی کنید فشارتون رو بیارید پایین

اگه جواب نداد؟

یه مانترا ساختم که این جور مواقع میتونه مفید باشه :

( مقدمه: خب البته آدم یا سیستمی که قانون گذاری میکنه ممکنه احمق و نفهم نباشه ولی قطعن به اندازه کافی بیشرف و حرومزاده هست که خودش رو در جایگاهی میبینه که دربارهء تجربهء دیگران اظهار فضل کنه و حکم صادر کنه )

از این قراره : "تف به گورِ پِدرِ پدر سَگِ هر چی قانون سازِ بیشرفِ، ریدم به هر چی قانون." تکرار کنید تا به آرامش برسید

( البته این هیچ تاثیری توی تغییرِ حالتون نداره و صرفن وقتی به آرامش رسیدید که دورهء حمله گذشته باشه. اما این باعث میشه که این زمان رو با یه سرگرمیِ جالب بگذرونید و در عینِ حال دلتون خنک بشه )

فک میکنم یه جایی توی نوشته های ریچارد داوکینز همچین چیزی خوندم: (نقل از حافظهء ریقوی خودم) از برتراند راسل میپرسند که قربان! حالا اگه شما مُردی و بعد دیدی که ای دلِ غافل، واقعن خدایی هست و ایستادی جلوِ روش و ازت میپرسه که آقا جان تو چرا وقتی زندگی میکردی به من ایمان نیاوردی و فلان و اینا چه جوابی بهش میدی؟ میگه بهش میگم: "نبودِ شواهدِ کافی"

نیم ساعت پیش تویِ حالتِ تهوع و سر گیجهء فلج کننده ای که بودم تویِ آشپزخونه داشتم یه لیوان آب میریختم مطمئن بودم که اگه خدا ای جلو روم ظاهر بشه و همچین چرایی جلوی روم بذاره میگم: هر کاری دوست داری بکن، کیرم هم نمیدم بخوری نفله، همه زورِت رو زدی و همه کاری که تونستی بکنی همین بود و طلب کار هم هستی؟

خب من وقتی مطمئن بشم شده م و کاری هم نمیشه کرد

دیروز خون بالا آوردم، دکتر آزمایش رو دید گفت خوشبختانه توی مدفوعت خون نبوده، رسیدم خونه رفتم دوش بگیرم که کثافتی که روی تنم جمع شده بود از صبح از بس که چیزی روی خودم کشیدم که کمتر لرز داشته باشم ولی فقط عرق کردم پاک بشه و البته جایِ سوزنِ سرنگ و آنژیوکت. دیدم رویِ شُرت ام یه لخته خون مونده اندازه دو تا سکهء بزرگ. سخت پاک شد.

بِگم که هیچ وقت با خودم فکر نکردم که مرد ام یا میشم حتی وقتی که میخواستم باور کنم که هومو نیست ام؟ نه. بچه نیستیم که. میفهمیم.

حالم بده یا خوب ام یا هرچی. مهم نیست. دنیا وایساده حال کردنِ منو نگاه میکنه. چهار چشمی.

مجید هفته پیش بهم گفت چقدر با موهات ور میری؟ نیشمو باز کردم چیزی نگفتم. گفت: خب ماشالا خوشگلم هسی، نه خوشگلیِ چیز ها، خوشگیِ مردونه. میخوام خوشگلیِ چیز باشم.

خب، باید بگم که - داره مثه گزارشِ فوتبال میشه یا سریالِ تلویزیونی؟ - اگه تین هت که تو پستِ قبلی حرفشو زدم رو گوش دادید قبلن و دوست دارید؛ یه گروهی همین چند ساعتِ پیش پیدا کردم، اهم اهم، وای خدا، فک کن از اون موقع تا حالا چهار بار کُلِ آلبوم رو گوش کردم، بعد آقا، این بانجو رو کی آفرید؟ چیه؟ چرا آخه؟ بانجو سلو کنتراباس پیانو ویولن گیتار درام بعد سر و شکلِ آهنگ ها شون فرمشون پست راک یعنی چیزی از ترکیبِ پست راک و موسیقی کلاسیک و یه جورایی اکسپریمنتال، دیگه آدم چی میخواد؟ لعنتی همه آهنگ های این یه آلبومی که من ازشون گرفتم هم عالیه، ینی من که نمیتونستم تصور کنم همچین چیزی وجود داشته باشه قبل از این که گوش کنمش، جدی. به آدم لگد میندازه. خلاصه ازتون خواهش میکنم که برید و این آلبوم رو پیدا کنید و گوش بدید مخصوصن اگه فک میکنید موسیقی ای اینجوری رو دوست دارید. چه جوری؟ همینجوری، اگه از تین هت خوشتون بیاد اینم دوس دارید. وای فک کن دوست نداشته باشید. بخوابید بابا. برید گوش کنید. یعنی که اول پیدا کنیدش خودتون بعد گوش کنید چون همچنان قصد ندارم لینکِ دانلودِ یه آلبومِ کامل رو بذارم. چون اعتقاد دارم این کارم باعث میشه شما مرد بشید و بتونید روی پایِ خودتون بایستید. بله.

دیشب نتونستم فارسی بنویسم، خاستم بگم که این پست قبلی، خیلی خوبه، من چند شبه قفل شدم روش شب تا صب گوش میکنم، گوش کنید حتمن، و دیگه این که مارس ولتا مارس ولتا مارس ولتا، بعد هم مُگوای بعد هم تین هَت . من دوست ندارم یه آلبومِ کامل از یه گروهی که دوست دارم رو اینجا بذارم برا دانلود. دلایلش رو هم زیاد دوست ندارم بگم الان. همینجوری خوبه. خودتون پیدا کنید. الان هم لینکِ دانلود نمیذارم. ولی توصیه میکنم که اینا رو حتمن گوش کنید:

(خب، لازمه بگم که مقداری THC توی مغزتون باشه بهتره وقتی میرید سراغِ اینا؟ نه.)

آلبومِ اولِ مارس ولتا De-Loused in the Comatorium . چرا؟ متنِ آهنگا اقتباس طور از یه داستانیه که Cedric Bixler-Zavala ینی خواننده گروه نوشته بوده. ( این داستان ). درباره مردیِ که با مخلوطِ مورفین و مرگِ موش خودکشی میکنه ولی نمیمیره و بعد از یه هفته بیهوشی به هوش میاد و این چیزا. جالبه، خفنه. جز این، موسیقی و وکالِ هم بی نظیره. از این چیزایی که هرچی بیشتر گوش میدم بیشتر میفهممش و بیشتر دوست دارم. به شدت پیچیده و گیج کننده س. - Roulette Dares و Cicatriz ESP رو چند هفته س زرت و زرت گوش میکنم.

آلبومِ آخرِ مارس ولتا Octahedron . چرا؟ خودشون گفتن که این آلبوممون سعی کردیم پاپ تر باشه. به نظرم ساده تر و آروم تر از آلبومای دیگه شونِ. ولی خب مارس ولتایِ آروم و ساده تری شده. و پخته تر از آلبومای قبلی. همهء آهنگای این آلبوم رو دوست دارم. بی نظیره. از بین هشت تا آهنگ این سه تا : Since We've Been Wrong ، With Twilight as My Guide ،
Desperate Graves

تین هَت رو از هرجا که خواستید شروع کنید گوش کنید. همهء آلبوماشون خوبه. اول تا آخر. خب شما فکرش رو بکنید که با این چیزا : آکاردئون، پیانو، هارمونیکا، ویولون و گیتار و بانجو موسیقی بسازی. میتونه ترکیبِ اینا بد بشه؟ نه. برای من اینجوریه موسیقی شون: خیلی آشناس خیلی، یادِ مثلن موسیقیِ فیلمای قدیمی ای که خوبن و انقد ناز اند که همه دوس دارن می افتم یه همچین چیزی. ولی وقتی گیر بدی بهش هی پیچیده تر میشه، کلن اینجوره که وقتی برای اولین بار یه آهنگ از تین هت گوش کردم دوستش داشتم و وقتی برای بیست امین بار هم گوش میکنم دوستش دارم. خب اگه بخوام توصیه کنم بعدِ این حرفا میگم که، اگه تا حالا گوش نکردید از Memory Is an Elephant :1999 یا The Rodeo Eroded :2002 شروع کنید.

مُگوای رو من از خیلی وقت پیش داشتم. الان میگم که خیلی احمق بودم که تا حالا جدی نگرفته بودمشون یا همچین چیزی. خب این آلبومی که امسال منتشر کردن Special Moves یه آلومِ لایوِ. طبیعتن مجموعه ای از بهترین ها شون. با بهترین شکلِ اجرا. بعد از اون هم آلبومِ Rock Action و ساندترکِ فیلمِ Zidane: A 21st Century Portrait بی نظیرن.

فعلن همین. خسته شدم.

راستی تلفن کردن، خالی از لطف هم نبود. برای ارتباط تلفنی می بایست قبلآ نسخه ای از پیام را فرستاد تا تلفنی کلمه به کلمه برای اداره سانسور خوانده شود، و وقتی که تو با تلفن پیامت را می دادی، مامور سانسور که در دفتر خودش، متن مکالمه را پیش رو داشت به آن گوش می داد. مقررات سانسور سفت و سخت بود، اما مامور ها که آدم تک تک شان را می شناخت بروبچه های بی معرفتی نبودند. در حین مکالمه اگر کسی سر مویی از متن خارج می شد، توی گوشی داد میزدند: « آهای آرتورو، این حرفها توی متن نیست!» فریاد نومیدانه تند نویس از آن سوی خط در لندن بلند می شد: « چی چی؟». مامور سانسو می گفت:« دخلی به تو ندارد، با آرتورو حرف می زنم.»

آقاي نخست وزير
در سپتامبر سال گذشته – كه چندين هزار مرد و زن در خيابان هاي تهران به گلوله بسته شده بودند- شما مصاحبه با من را پذيرفتيد، در قم، در منزل آيت‌الله شريعتمداري. تعدادی فعال حقوق بشر آنجا پناه گرفته بودند و سربازان مسلسل ‌به دست ورودي خيابان كوچكي را مي‌پاييدند.
در آن هنگام شما رئيس انجمن دفاع از حقوق بشر در ايران بوديد. انجمن از ناحية شما از خود جسارت به خرج داده بود. جسارت فيزيكي: زندان انتظار شما را مي‌كشيد، و شما پيشتر طعم آن‌را چشيده بوديد. جسارت سياسي: رئيس‌جمهور امريكا اخيراً شاه را در زمرة مدافعان حقوق بشر قرار داده بود. بسياري از ايرانيان از اينكه اين‌روزها موضوع سخنراني‌ها و كنفرانس‌هاي جنجالي‌اند، خشمگين‌اند. آنها نشان داده‌اند كه مي‌دانند چگونه حقوق‌شان را احراز كنند. آنها محاكمة يك جوان سياه ‌پوست در رژيم نژادپرست آفريقاي جنوبي را مشابه محاكمة يك شكنجه‌گر ساواك در تهران نمي‌دانند. چه كسي مي‌تواند از آنها خرده بگيرد؟
چند هفته‌اي است كه مي‌كوشيد به محاكمات شتابزده و اعدام‌هاي عجولانه پايان دهيد. عدالت و بي‌عدالتي نقطة حساس همة انقلابها هستند: از اين نقطه است كه انقلاب‌ها زاده مي‌شوند، از همين نقطه هم هست كه راهشان را گم مي‌كنند و مي‌ميرند. و از آنجا كه صلاح ديده‌ايد بدين موضوع به طور علني اشاره كنيد، احساس مي‌كنم مي‌بايد گفتگويمان در اين‌باره را به يادتان بياورم.
ما از رژيم‌هايي سخن گفتيم كه درست در همان زماني كه به حقوق بشر استناد مي‌كنند بر مردم ستم روا مي‌دارند. شما اميدي ابراز داشتيد مبني بر اينكه اين حقوق در خواستِ استقرار حكومتي اسلامي، كه در آن موقع به طور گسترده‌اي مورد قبول ايرانيان بود، تضميني واقعي بيابند. شما براي چنين اميدي سه دليل آورديد. گفتيد ساحتی معنوی قیام مردم را پشتیبانی می کند، قیامی كه در آن هر فرد، محض خاطر جهاني سراسر ديگرگون، حاضر است هر چيزي را به خطر بياندازد (و برای بسیاری، این «هر چیز» کمتر از وجود خودشان نبود): این ساحت معنوی معادل اشتیاق به رفتن به زیر لوای «حکومت ملاّها» نبود- به نظرم همین عبارت را به کار بردید. آنچه از تهران تا آبادان دیدم به هیچ وجه نظرات شما را نقض نمی کرد.
شما همچنین گفتید اسلام، با ژرفای تاریخی و پویایی کنونی اش قادر است، به اتکای این حقوق، با چالش خطیری که سوسیالیسم نتوانسته بهتر از سرمایه داری از پس آن برآید- اگر نگوییم آن را بدتر کرده است- رودرو شود. برخی که گمان می کنند چیزهای زیادی درباره ی جوامع اسلامی یا درباره ی ذات همه ی ادیان می دانند می گویند «این غیرممکن است». من از آنها بسیار متواضع ترم، نمی دانم مسلمانان به نام کدام اصل جهان شمولی می بایست از جستجوی آینده شان در اسلامی که می بایست چهره ی جدیدش را به دست خود بسازند، دست بردارند. چرا در عبارت «حکومت اسلامی» همه ی سوءظن ها بلافاصله متوجه ی صفت «اسلامی» می شود؟ واژه ی «حکومت» به خودی خود برای آنکه ما را گوش به زنگ نگه دارد کفایت می کند. هیچ صفتی – دموکراتیک، سوسیالیست، لیبرال، مردمی- حکومت را از الزامات اش معاف نمی کند.
شما گفتید حکومتی که اقتدارش را از اسلام گرفته است حقوق قابل توجهی از یک حاکمیت دولتیِ نوع عادی را به واسطه ی تعهداتی که بر دین مبتنی است، محدود می کند. چنین حکومتی به واسطه ی اسلامی بودن اش توسط «وظایفی» تکمیلی مقید می شود و می بایست این پیوندها را رعایت کند، چرا که مردم می توانند همین دین مشترک را علیه حکومت به کار گیرند. این ایده به نظرم مهم رسید. من شخصاً به اینکه حکومت ها ممکن است داوطلبانه به تعهداتشان عمل کنند اندکی مشکوکم. بنابراین به نفع حکومت شوندگان است که به پاخیزند و گوشزد کنند که به سادگی حقوق خویش را به آنانی که بر آنها حکومت می کنند واگذار نکرده اند، بلکه، در عوض میخواهند وظایف حکومت ها را بر آنها تحمیل کنند. و از این منظر، محاکماتی که اینروزها در ایران در جریان است براستی نگران کننده است.
هیچ چیز در تاریخ یک مردم مهم تر از برهه های نادری نیست که این مردم به مثابه ی یک تن برمی خیزند تا رژیمی را که دیگر نمی توانند تحمل کنند، براندازند. هیچ چیز برای زندگی روزمره ی این مردم مهمتر از برهه¬هایی نیست که، برهه¬هایی که برخلاف اولی بسیار رایج¬اند، قدرت دولتی با یک فرد درمی¬افتد، وی را دشمن خود میخواند، و تصمیم میگیرد وی را نابود سازد: [حکومت] هیچگاه وظایفی مهمتر یا اساسی تر از این نداشته که رعایت کند. محاکمات سیاسی همواره در حکم محک [حکومت ها] هستند. نه از آن جهت که متهمان هرگز مجرم نیستند بلکه از این رو که قدرت دولتی خود را بدون نقاب به نمایش می گذارد، و خود را حین قضاوت دشمنانش به معرض قضاوت می گذارد.
حکومت همواره مدعی است که میبایست محترم شمرده شود. اما در واقع دقیقاً همینجا است که می باید مطلقاً احترام گذار باشد. خودِ حقی که حکومت در دفاع از مردم اعمال می کند مسئولیت های بسیار سنگینی بر دوش آن میگذارد.
ضروری است – از این رو لازم الاجرا است- که همه ی امکانات دفاعی و همه ی حقوق ممکن را برای کسی که تحت پیگرد است فراهم آوریم. آیا وی «آشکارا گناهکار» است؟ آیا افکار عمومی به تمامی علیه وی است؟ آیا مردم از وی متنفرند؟ دقیقاً همین ها است که حقوقی به وی ارزانی می دارد، حقوقی که با این حال یکسره میبایست خدشه ناپذیر باشند؛ این وظیفه ی قدرت حاکم است که این حقوق را به رسمیت بشناسد و تضمین کند. نزد یک حکومت چیزی چون «انسانهای ناسزاوار» نمیتواند وجود داشته باشد.
این نیز وظیفه ی هر حکومتی است که به همگان نشان دهد- منظورم به فرودست ترین، سرسخت ترین و ناآگاه ترین کسانی است که تحت حکومت اند- در چه شرایطی، به چه طریقی، بنا به چه اصلی، قدرت دولتی میتواند مدعی حق تنبیه کردن به نام خود شود. به سهولت میتوان تنبیهی را که حساب پس نداده است موجه جلوه داد؛ بااین حال این همچنان نوعی بی عدالتی خواهد بود، هم در قبال فرد محکوم و هم در قبال همه ی آنهایی که در محدوده ی قلمرو قضایی قدرت دولتی اند.
به باور من این وظیفه ی در معرض قضاوت گذاشتن خود بهنگام قضاوت کردن را هر حکومتی می بایست در برابر هر انسانی در هر کجای جهان بپذیرد. به گمانم شما نیز درست مثل من موافق این اصل نیستید که هر حاکمیتی تنها می بایست به خودش پاسخگو باشد. حکمرانی، کمتر از محکوم کردن یا کشتن، محل بحث و مناقشه نیست. باید خوشحال باشیم که هر شخصی، مهم نیست چه کسی، حتی کسی در آن سوی دنیا، بتواند بدین دلیل که دیگر قادر نیست شکنجه شدن یا محکوم شدن شخص دیگری را برتابد، حرف خودش را بزند. این در حکم مداخله در امور داخلی یک کشور نیست. آنهایی که به خاطر هر ایرانی شکنجه شده در قعر زندان های ساواک معترض بودند در کلی ترین و جهانشمول ترین امر موجود مداخله می کرده اند.
شاید گفته شود اکثریت ایرانیان اعتماد خود به رژیمی را که روی کار می آید نشان داده اند، و از همین رو می باید اقدامات قضایی آن را نیز تأیید کنند. واقعیتِ پذیرفتن، خواستن و رأی موافق دادن به حکومتها نه تنها از وظایف آنها نمی کاهد که وظایف سنگین تری بر آنها تحمیل می کند.
آقای نخست وزیر، مسلماً من هیچ مقامی برای خطاب شما بدین طریق ندارم- مگر اجازه ای که خود در نخستین دیدارمان به من دادید، با تفهیم اینکه به نظر شما حکمرانی نه حقی طمع کارانه که وظیفه ای فوق العاده دشوار است. بر شما است که یقین حاصل کنید این مردم هرگز بر نیروی سازش ناپذیری که به اتکای آن خود را آزاد ساختند، تأسف نخواهند خورد
